The Spirent T4200 is a highly advanced Tech-X Plus Field Tester designed to facilitate the installation and troubleshooting of next-generation broadband services such as xDSL, FTTx, and IP. With its integrated fault diagnostics and automation capabilities, this tester enables service providers to enhance service efficiency significantly. Equipped with versatile functionalities, the T4200 allows technicians to emulate various modem types including ADSL, ADSL 2, and ADSL 2+, offering graphical and downstream/upstream results.

It can verify high-speed internet services, detect faults using a resistive fault locator (RFL) and a 26 kft time domain reflectometer (TDR), and xDSL service pre-qualify pairs.
