The SR5750 by Spirent is a state-of-the-art Wi-Fi Multi-AP System designed to enhance the accuracy and reliability of Wi-Fi testing. This advanced system incorporates Wi-Fi chipsets, enabling the representation of up to 32 "real" Access Points (APs). Additionally, it supports active scanning of devices, creating a more realistic emulation of live dynamic environments. To further enhance device-based positioning techniques, the SR5750 can be seamlessly integrated with the SPT 8100 LTS, ECID, and OTDOA technologies. This integration augments Assisted Global Navigation Satellite System (A-GNSS) capabilities for precise positioning. In particular, this system serves as an alternate hybrid positioning technology device, which can either supplement or replace satellite positioning systems for improved accuracy indoors. It is worth noting that achieving accurate positioning in consumer devices heavily relies on leveraging the GNSS global satellite network.
